Qualifications Required:

Minimum: Master in Divinity or equivalent

Passionate in discipleship, faith building and outreach

Fluent to preach in Hokkien and Mandarin, proficient in both Chinese and English language.

Holds Class 3 driving license, Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred.

Applicant with related ministry working experience will be preferred

Scope of work:

1. Pastoral Care

a. Preaching in Hokkien and mandarin

b. Assist Lead Pastor in visitations and pastoral care to needy members

c. Passionate and interested in elderly pastoral care

2. Discipleship and faith building

a. Helping Pastor to build, develop, follow up in cell group building and training cell group leaders

b. Helping pastor to train Sunday school teachers in preparation and teaching, training new teachers.

3. Witness and evangelism

a. Organise gospel rallies, tea fellowship, evangelical events preparation.

b. Organise various gospel sharing classes to train workers, build evangelical team etc.

c. Organise and coordinate new-comers follow-up. E.g. develop communication network, phone call follow-up, visitations, organise new believer class

申请资格：

• 至少拥有道学硕士或相关文凭

• 对门徒与信仰培育、布道有热忱

• 能以厦语和华语证道，可以用中、英文书写

• 拥有第三级驾照，优先考虑新加坡公民/永久居民

• 拥有相关经验更佳职责包括：

1 牧养与关怀:

a. 以厦语和华语的讲台服事

b. 协助牧师探访和牧养有需要的会众

c. 对乐龄的牧养事工有负担和热忱

2 门徒与信仰培育：

a. 协助牧师建立与牧养、跟进及培训小组组长

b. 协助牧师培训堂会学校老师如何备课与教课及给新老师训练与指导

3 见证与布道：

a. 推动堂会福音聚会、启发茶会和福音预工等活动

b. 为会友举办各种不同的布道法训练、组成福音队等

c. 组织、协调新朋友的跟进工作；例如：建立联络网、电话跟进、家访、安排慕道班等
